Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy Inspects Defenders Near Heavily Contested Pokrovsk Front

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy made a trip to meet with Ukrainian forces in the eastern front on the start of the week. The president confirmed that he engaged with fighters at the operational headquarters of the first unit of the National Guard of Ukraine Azov, which is managing protective maneuvers in the Dobropillya area, a location approximately 12 miles from the focal point.

Intense Situation in Pokrovsk

Recent mapping from a national effort showed that Russian forces had made gains into Pokrovsk and nearby locations, though significant areas was not fully held by both forces. The conditions are severe, with reports indicating that invading units were digging in and enhancing fortifications in some districts.

Invading troops are making progress in the Pokrovsk front and appear to be operating with growing ease within Pokrovsk itself.

Research institutes noted that defense units had freed a large area of a enemy advance in the Dobropillya front, on the east side of the Pokrovsk operation.

Ukrainian Aerial Attacks Inside the Federation

Ukrainian long-range drones attacked an industrial plant approximately 1,300km inside Russian territory at the location.
